There are are several issues that are currently impacting digits customers.  Pearson is aware of these issues and is working to resolve them as quickly as possible. The specific issues are:

  • Log-in Issues - Slow Performance: We are currently experiencing a high volume of activity due to back-to-school activities that is causing digits to respond slower than normal. In some cases, students have reported that they either cannot log in, or that the system times out when attempting to recognize their credentials.  
  • Log-in Issues - Error Message: Upon log-in, some customers have received a "we don't know where to send you" message. While we are working to remedy this issue, it has often been fixed by users clearing the cache in their browser.  Click on the "Download Attachment" button above to download PDF instructions on how to clear the cache in Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox.
